Can I customise my order?

Customisation is currently not available for ready stock journals at the moment. This is to ensure timely dispatch while we prepare for the next drop.

For custom and more personalised designs, please keep an eye out for our Pre-Order batches, which will be announced on our Instagram @nostalune.atelier. Each batch will have limited slots available.
When will you be restocking?

We don’t have a fixed schedule for product drops, but all announcements will be shared on our Instagram. ♡
Does my journal need regular maintenance?

Yes, regular care helps keep your journal in good condition. Clean and condition leather occasionally, and avoid prolonged sun or water exposure.

Over time, the leather will naturally develop a beautiful patina and may acquire subtle marks from use ― gaining more character, uniqueness and charm to your journal.
What kind of leather do you use?

Most of our journals are crafted using Buttero leather, a premium full-grain vegetable-tanned leather from Conceria Walpier, a distinguished tannery in Italy.

✶ Vegetable-tanned leather is made using natural tannins derived from plants, allowing it to age beautifully over time!

Occasionally, we also explore other types of leathers for special limited designs. These will always be clearly specified in the product description.
Why does each leather journal look slightly different?

Being made with genuine, full-grain leather, there may be natural scars, marks, or grain variations. These characteristics are a natural part of leather's beauty, making every journal truly one of a kind!

While we always strive to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship in every piece, please allow for minor imperfections that come with handmade work.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we now ship worldwide! Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and selected shipping method.

When will I get my order?

Ready stock orders will be shipped out ASAP, typically within 2 – 3 business days.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Local delivery typically takes 2 – 3 business days via SingPost.
  • International delivery may take up to 5 – 21 business days, depending on the destination and selected shipping method (Standard or Express).

Do you accept returns & exchanges?

As each journal is specially handcrafted for every drop, we’re unfortunately not able to accept returns or exchanges at this moment.

However, we truly want you to love your order! If there’s any issues, please feel free to reach out within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right. ♡
Are international duties and taxes included in the shipping cost?

For most countries, we offer DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) shipping. This ensures no surprise fees for the recipient upon delivery.

For countries where DDP isn’t available, any customs duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local post office for any potential extra costs. Thank you for understanding!
